My stock bottom end build was 518rwhp thru a th400.
102
Edelbrock Pro Flo XT manifold
Milled PRC 260s
TSP 243/255 cam
Thru a manual it would have been over 550.
I now have the same build but with a 416 shortblock.
522 but a lot more torque. I went from running 11.0s full weight to 10.7s full weight.

Idk. I think it would be pretty hard to guess anything without the cam specs. But if I had to guess what your cam specs are then I would think you would be right around 550 rwhp.

Do you know what compression you will end up at? Supporting mods look promising

Depends on dyno of course, but on a good ole 15% loss type dyno I say, if the cam and valvetrain are good for high rpm, 555rwĥp. Cam spec and valvetrain details would be good to know...

When I first did my th400 swap once I got the tune and stall converter dialed in I went from making 478rwhp to 437. Reverse math that would be 560 crank with 15% loss and 22% loss respectively. I figure I'm making 689hp now at the crank since its 537rwhp now. That would be 585rwhp thru a TR6060. That's not too far fetched.
Edit: these are E85 power numbers. Previous post was 93
