Anyone know what's up with lethal racing

Ordered night fury cam kit almost 2 weeks ago. Just trying to get hold of them to see what the wait time is like and having trouble contacting them. I've tried calling as well. Just wanted to see if anyone has been able to get hold of them.

They have been pretty busy lately. I have been watching their Facebook page and the fact that the latest I have received a reply from Shawn has been at 10:30pm CST. They are putting in some serious hours. Their replies have been pretty slow for me as well. I was able to order my kit right away but it has been somewhat of a struggle otherwise, I am installing my cam tomorrow and I still haven't recieved the tune file for it. I found the best thing to do is email them later in the evening.

That's how they always been . I ordered a cam last year from them and they didn't send me a tracking number or would never reply emails or answer calls . Same this year when I ordered it a couple weeks ago. It shouldn't take more than a week to get your cam. Just call mutiple times during the day til they answer that's what I did

I shopped around before I purchased, just know that other shops are as swamped as Lethal and take as much time to reply. That is the reason I ordered from Lethal. They offer a good product.

This is BUll SH--T. It sounds like to me if you cannot take any better care of your paying customers than this, they will SOON be standing in an unemployment line! That's my opinion.

I'm going to order a night fury from lethal. If they're so busy they can't return calls/emails immediately I'd take that as a good sign. Just my opinion though.

They are good guys, but they are really busy, always. As others have stated.

It does take a little time to get a response or a tune file sometimes. Ive always had shit shipped to me fairly fast, not sure why that is taking time, maybe they ran out of cams and had to order a few more from Cam Motion.

Also, I wouldn't wait three weeks for a reply, just send a reminder once a week or every few days until they answer, or give them a call.

I had my cam kit within 4 days of ordering. I get emails about every 3 or 4 days.

Wasn't trying to bash. Finally got a call back and they are taking care of it. Just got concerned when I tried to call and couldn't reach anyone. Shawn was very nice on the phone. I'll post up after the install.

There are some super self righteous posts in here. This is a race/performance shop. These people actually work on cars, develop products, etc. This isn't Summit or Jegs with a call center. If you're too impatient to wait for a quality product, there are plenty of vendors who are very willing to part you with your money and assure you that it's money well spent.
