We run our Sebring convertible through the car wash all the time, ThumperII has never been in a car wash that I am aware of. The Camaro gets hand washed.

Never have, but considering one after a trip to KC from Phx late June. Should be no problem since I UV, water repentant, the top each yr. I use Chemical Guys and a 40 year old Topp Shop in Phx thought the top was replaced, it looked so good.

I have done it several times with no issues. Just make sure it is a quality car wash.

I have never put mine through a car wash but have thought about it since we have a new car wash in town. I bought a monthly pass and it does really well on my wife’s explorer and my F150. I use it about two time a week for each of those vehicles. It’s a slow spinning felt type rollers with lots and lots of foam. I’m still Leary if it introducing scratches to the Camaro and not sure what it will do to the cloth top. I think I’m still going to do the hand washes on the Camaro.

I use the touch less car wash occasionally and just drive through the dryer section quickly so it doesn’t beat down on the top. I hand wash it most of the time.

I hand wash most of the time to get the real bad grit off and then occasionally, I'll do a manual wash to get off the sap and loose dirt.

When hell freezes over I'll take a car to a swirl-O-matic. I won't pay to get my paint damaged.
