New 1LE road test review

I found a new road test review on the 1LE. Decent write up, lots of good pics and a couple videos with some good sound clips of the NPP exhaust. The fact that this car is the exact same one I ordered, color and all, is gonna make the wait that much harder

1LE Road test

There is a lot on this site to keep yourself busy with. Be careful it might lead to some late night shopping. :emoticon7:

Did anyone else notice that they said they went on a bunch of wine tastings as they were driving the car and before they started the real tests?

Yes,Yes there is.I am trying so hard not to spend any money, as i need all i can come up with for my down payment,so i feel good i have only spent like $50.00 on the Phastek skip shifter eliminator, and the black vinyl gill stickers.I had to get the stickers as the first thing im doing is getting clear bra on the front end and gill quarter panels.

Gotta love that launch control, paired with the NPP.

Is the launch control on the 1LE any different than on previous SS models? Did they refine it? Or was the issue with the 2010s the axle shafts?

I have a 2011 2SS and don't want to risk trying it...

Wheel hop was breaking stuff. There have been a lot of supension changes since then on the SS. The 1LE does have "beefer" half shafts. Of course this car is all about the turns.
