Rick GM Wagonner was presented with this idea, and said no thank you. He says it won't work. Let's see what THEY say Dec.2.

When a buyer associates an auto company with bankruptcy, studies show that, 80% of the time, that buyer will not buy the product. Any kind of bankruptcy is bad for GM. Besides, GM has already restructured over the past several years and reworked its UAW contract to create strong profitability in 2010. It just needs to survive that long.
