I would think you could get 22-23 for that. Decently low mileage plus find a buyer who cares about the mods.

Look in NADA or Kelly blue book to get you in the right neighborhood for price for retail. depends on condition, mileage, options, and other factors.

I recently looked at a 13 2SS/RS vert w/42k miles. Dealer wanted $22.9k for it. I thought it was a decent price but found something better. Need to find someone who will appreciate the mods, otherwise people don't want to pay extra for them.
Ultimately the market will tell you what it's worth. Price it a little higher at first if no hits start to lower it.

Reality Check
Look up Kelly and NADA Retail Values . Then SUBTRACT the amount you spent on MODS. Been through this at least a dozen times over the years. 95% of people don't want a modded car . Even those that do assume you drove the **** out of it so offer a less than unmodified cars value. I doubt my car would bring low 20's even with half the mileage and a lot more spent on mods.

It depends on where you are in the country. Likely $20,000 private party will be all you can get.

The real test is to ask 'what would you pay for my car?"
