Crazy CA laws.
You can get a littering ticket for flicking cigarette ashes out your window.
You can get a seatbelt ticket for removing the seatbelt before the cop gets to your window.
You can get a DUI arrest for sleeping/resting in your car with BAC above 0.08 and have access to the keys.

Update on California front plates. I received a fix it ticket for my Camaro a couple months back and then again for my Corvette a couple months later. Disclaimer, I do use the FastTrack lane every morning on the way to work and the officer told me that they are making sure that everyone has a front plate that uses those lanes. I'm afraid to drive my 2010 Camaro to work now since I haven't been tagged on that one yet and don't want to install a plate for that car.

Why do people have issues with front plates? Jacfab makes a great bracket.

For one, it blocks airflow, it detracts from the natural lines of the car and especially on my Corvette and they are unassay in IMO.

I have the bent Jacfab. It blocks minimal airflow, it enhances the lines of the bumper, ihelps me when loading the car in my trailer and it ain't a corvette. As if a corvette is anything special.

I got a ticket once for plate several years ago. Used toggle bolts to fit the plate holder on to get it checked. It’s been off since.Police said they had no idea Camaros or vettes even came with one.
