I really really want to get Vegas. But all video game purchases are on hold while saving for a down payment.

Only reason I was able to afford it was thanks to my points thing through the bank. 50 bucks in game stop gift cards.

New Vegas for 10 bucks? Why thank you.

Yeah, can't wait to bust some skulls with a 5 iron..

I'm a Fallout addict. Well, Fallout 1 and 2.

I was not impressed by Fallout 3.

I didn't get into Fallout 3. I made it out of the vault and to the first place and stopped playing. I should probably give it another shot.

I was the same, but I did.. and now look what happened.

Reversed and went to 1/2/tactics after finding a combo copy at a local used bookstore and haven't seen the series the same since playing through the whole saga from 2161 onwards.

The whole iso-view thing took a little getting used to since I didn't play much war/starcraft, though..

I hadn't played any Fallouts till 3, and it was ok. It felt too much like a reskinned Oblivion though, especially the aiming system (not VATS). But it looks like New Vegas has fixed that with a more accurate iron sights system. So that being my main complaint, I'm lookin forward to New Vegas

My kids and I fight over the PS3 for fallout. FO3 wasn't as ground breaking and amazing as the originals, but it was good. I am looking forward to NV...

I put mad hours into fallout 3, and that was without any of the expansions. I love RPG's. I don't know how I'll ever get fallout NV completed with Fable 3 coming out right after it.

One thing I hated about Fallout 3: after you did the last level you were done.... No open roaming afterwards. Luckily I saved right before that mission, so I just went back and did everything else I'd wanted to do and didn't bother beating the game again.

I agreed with this completely. I'm glad I read about that before I beat the game, and was able to save. Hopefully NV won't be like that. There is always sooo much to do in these games that you over look, or just didn't take the time to do while you were on the storyline.
