Recently added my ported TB and shorty headers. I'm thinking I should have waited and gone long tubes as I also want the trifecta tune. Depending on how the IPF super charger turns out, I may just add one of those next year.

I was thinking of selling this car and putting a big deposit down on a ZL1 next year, but I'm rethinking that idea now.

I switched rims and tires this week and am running the 1LT rims with the all weather tires. I noticed a spacer on the right front when I couldn't get the rim on after taking the custom rims off. I can't figure out why it was on as I had trouble pulling the GWG rim off the car. Winter is coming and the car will be heading to a climate controlled garage soon.

Just purchased the JDP RS color halo package and a little something from Trifecta too! I hope it's a short winter!

Just installed the VMAX Black Ice-olator today. What a pita that was.



Once I removed the intake manifold, I discovered a bit of debris.



Check out the manifold. Not too bad, just a little bit of oil in it, once the plenum cover was removed.




I'd show you the Black Ice-olator intake manifold insulator, but once the permatex gasket sealant went on, I put everything back together.



And now the test drive, after I make my lights legal for the road. LOL



This was supposed to add somewhere around 20 HP and 28 ft lbs of torque. I got the engine up to operating temps, then laid on it. I'll get back to you on the gains. However, this is supposed to keep the intake manifold cool. Guess what? It works! After I pulled my car back into the garage, I popped the hood and kid you not, I could rest my hand on the manifold. Cool as a cucumber.

Took the camaro out tonight after installing my Trifecta Tune. OMG! Love it. Apparently, the full effects of the Black Ice-olator and the tune won't kick in for a few miles. I can't wait to feel the gains. Very happy.

Picked up the fathead of my car today. The guys where I store my car in the winter had it made for me. It's going in my garage.

Stance of the camaro after switching out FE2 suspension for FE3 components (shocks, struts, sways, endlinks).

I have to say that the Pfadt springs work way better with FE3 parts than FE2. No longer am I banging the strut towers over bumps. I can't wait to get out and do an autoX event now!

Next up: RS halos with the JDP halo kit, SJM autoprods concept afterburners, and maybe the Solo high flow cats and resonators.

I've got the RS lights and halo kit ready to go for installation next month.
