Did a 2nd gear pull, hit 6500rpms, and puff of smoke starts bellowing out the hood. Pretty much everywhere.

stock block needs more love at 800 wheel than inconsistent pump ethanol, sucks to hear man. It is extremely common and honestly apart of the formula for keeping stock motors alive at insane power figures. Whats done is done, new shortblock should be stout as hell made for this level.

well judging by you holding a piston wrist pin i "assume" the heads are toast too, damn.

Long block time, 6 bolt setup for 1300+ or LSA / Iron for around 1100 hp

LME, LMR, Texas speed, Thompson MS. reputable vendors to browse through

Yeah. That’s what I’m assuming too. There’s too many options, and no clue what to look at. For now, I just have to scour the forum.

Option B. Sell the shell and trans and just get a C7Z.

I'd sell the blower kit, throw a stock motor in it and flip the car as a working 1Le, you get a nice penny for it. Then Z i want that ride sooooo much. Everyone drooling over C8's i want a C7Z LOLOL
