Auto shifting hard?

Lately, passed two days the trans has been shifting pretty hard. tonight i ll check the fluid and install my dipstick. Is hard shifting a sign of things to come or should I just flush the system the best I can and go from there? Dude I bought it from said the tune had firmer shifts but its gotten harder the past couple of days.

A good flush and refill may be all it needs. It could be the way you are driving it now as well. You could be getting use to the power, and have to push the go pedal a little harder to get the same thrill.

I know with the tune I have on my Sedan, when I try to drive normal it still pops the gears good. When I push it 2nd and 3rd gear snap really hard, especially when it is in sport mode and Performance Shift mode kicks in... Holy Hell it snaps gears very hard and spins 2nd and chirps 3rd.
