Engine Interals Recommendations

Good day everyone,

So looking for recommendations on some forged internals (Rods, Pistons, Crankshaft) also a Cam rings The current set up I have is a LS3 on a Maggie HB Supercharge 8-10 psi. Fuel delivery system upgraded etc.

Main goal is I want to run more boost and obviously more power. So like to have some feedback if possible.

IMO talk to Jerry at custom engine supply / SAG performance check them out online they are ...Online. Good Machinist knows his crap and this is from a old motorhead .

I am using Racetec pistons and Molnar rotating. Former owner of JE pistons... = Racetec , Molnar = what others call theirs.... A Maker not just a Label..Old school guy here they of course have websites which show hot rods etc etc if you want to explore and Sag; Jerry sold Strokers on Ebay back when I got mine just like Thompson motorsport etc....

JE Pistons,Callies Compstar Crankshaft,Callies or Manley Connecting Rods. Your fuel system set up will depend on how much rwhp and rwtq you are currently making with your set up? After you install forged pistons, connecting rods, and crankshaft you should run more boost than 8-10 psi. People can get away with 8-10 psi. on the stock GM internals.

Yeah right now I’m putting down 550whp with 520rwtq. That’s exactly why I’m only at 8-10 psi. This motor has about 21,000 miles and I want more power. From the research I’ve did another going pass 600 I could risk toasting the bottom end. Thanks for your feedback brotha.

Sounds good. I’m going to check them out online and see what advice he can throw my way.
