Would this bolt up to 1le that currently has npp exhaust ? Not sure how much of an improvement it would be. Thanks

The Z/28 version uses a large(r) pipe 2.75" vs. 2.5"

I was under the impression that the npp on the ss zl1 and z28 are all the same except for the z28 being 2.75 instead of 2.5. My ss has the npp which should mean that all the aftermarket 3in zl1 exhausts should fit my car or a z28 no problem.

They're GM's in-house designed muffler, just like all the other original-equipment exhausts.

As for all the fitment questions, I bought one of these off of Chris yesterday, and I'm picking up a 1LE quad tip diffuser today to retro-fit it on my 2012 SS. Pipe diamater shouldn't be an issue, but if I can make it fit, anybody should be able to.

Thanks for all the interest - I have more than one of these systems available, but need to look further into shipping.

The shipper we use, quoted one price which was very reasonable, then came back once they saw the package (two pallets tied together) and wanted nearly 3 times the shipping amt. That adds cost, unfortunately, so it's understood that this might be a pick-up only item.

I am still waiting on another shipper to tell me if we can ship as a whole, with a shipping tag on the exhaust, no pallets. The exhaust weighs maybe 60-70 lbs, so it's within what they could physically lift.

Anyways, please consider shipping costs when thinking about this purchase. Thanks.

If I had a way to get it down here or install it up there I'd snatch that up but I don't think it's fitting IN the Camaro lol
