I think he added some text to the post since yesterday:
"THE VEHICLE DOES NOT TAKE AWAY YOUR TAX DOLLARS. IT IS NOT A FIELD OPERATION UNIT. IT DOES NOT PULL PEOPLE OVER. THE VEHICLE WILL BE TRADED BACK IN FOR RESALE (MINUS THE LIGHTS)." I guess he got a little worried that people might think this is a bit extravagant. I think they did go overboard on the lights.
