Wow, that looks fantastic! I'm definitely doing that to my own black SS. Plus I'm painting the taillights darker too.

What color is that btw?

There's a very good DIY thread on doing this. Taking the bezels out isn't that hard. I did it by hand, twice...

if i have a summit white should i do gloss or flat?

Depends on the color of your wheels or if you have stripes/spears. I think flat looks better with white because the shine of a gloss black would contrast too much with the white car. But to each his own!
