I stopped getting bills from capitol one and haven't even gotten my new cards yet. I had to go online and sign up just to pay my bill on time. Complete crap how the transfer has been handled but I guess its on par with how gm has been handled so they paired with the right partner.

I got my Marcus card yesterday which replaces my Capital on GM Buy Card that I got when I bought my 16 Camaro SS back in Jan of 16.

Still no Marcus card for me. I guess I should not set my high hopes for GM. They seem to have lost their way. Like I said I hate change and this change has not been good for me.

The card no longer synchs with Quicken. No go for me as daily card now.

The transition from Capital One to Goldman is not going well. I have 4 active users on my account. One has received a new card, the others have not. The one new card we received had a transaction appear that we did not make or approve only a couple days after getting the new card. I waited over an hour on hold to speak to somebody. They did provide a credit for the disputed charge, and I have since locked that card until I hear a resolution.
I think they are overwhelmed with the number of accounts that have migrated over. I liked the Capital One web site much more than the Marcus site. |

Just got my new card today and activated it. Looks like we get a whole $25 in earnings by setting up our account. You would think account info would roll from Capital One to Marcus automatically. Not seamless at all and some of the above stories in this thread are quite concerning.
