Its not gonna fit like DSX designed it but you can make it work. they give ya fuel hose extension since where the unit normally sits is covered by the head units intercooler.

dang everything I see I love my kong 2650 edelbrock even more.

.
The ease of port injection on the Edelbrock 2650 is exactly why I wanted one. Solves both fuel upgrades and a substantial blower upgrade over the oem LT4 unit. Wish I could have grabbed one before they skyrocketed in price last Sept.

Who would of known? there was a time you could grab one for 4800 to 5200 for the Zl1 the SS has always been more since it has more in the kit. my argument of the ported route is cheaper may not hold up anymore. My buddy waited 3 mos for his from kong which makes little difference since the speed shop has had the car forever anyhow. Jrod is slow but one of the best and put a lot of people in the TX2K in front of his build. Never pay upfront or with cash! He's got my setup but CID heads and LME 416 L8T iron block I wouldn't be surprised if he hit 1300 plus.

CID is the name of the head. LME sells them.

Actually lme uses the Edelbrock on all out builds just takes special headers to use them since they moved the exhaust around. Cid are good just like TSP uses PRC. Mast motorsports is where its gone be if you use the iron block you can bore that sucker put to 4.125 and run there heads they can take larger valves and flow more when used like that.

Yeah I’m running the Mast Black Label heads and like them. And like you mentioned, they just released a Big Bore version of that head that really rocks on a 4.125” bore.

FYI, LME still offers the CID heads:

LME has some additional flexibility with the CID heads as well. My block has a 4.125 bore so they did 2.2” intake valves. That said, if doing it again, I’d probably do the LME heads.
