Road track racing tire size? 2010 SS
Good day fellas, ive had my 2010 SS at road racing track a few times (Castrol in Edmonton Canada) and decided to buy a second set of rims and tires just for track days.
What is the best recommended tire size to use for track road racing? I heard guys running same size all around?? I do have some track susp mods: sway bars/all Poly bushings/ tail arms/toe arms/ front castor plates/springs/shocks/brakes. have a street/track alignment (have to look up my specs). Having issues with the search feature, so thought I would post. Thanks, Guys |

Square setup is preferred for tracking.

Seems like square setup is best, so what SIZE you guys think?? what fits square? Maybe:
255/40R20? 265/35ZR20? my Elb springs are 1.5" lower and was looking at factory used wheels (but could try find aftermarkets).'Thanks again |

Use a 10 in the front and 11 in the rear and an go 285 or 295 square. Diameter is up to you.
