CF diffuser, interest
who's interest in oem diffuser in carbon? I know a shop who's willing to do it for us in carbon (maybe in dry carbon if requested, that's their specialty) for around $300-$400, but i need more people with me.

Its not stuck on its screwed to the read bumper cover, easy to remove.

ive seen the two screws on the bottom, but is the upper portion stuck on with some 3m or?

no there are tabs that go into the bumper. Use a good light and you will see them, you have to look they dont exactly stick out...good luck.
