SS Side Skirts

I see a lot a ads for people selling 2010-13 SS side skirts.

Is there any difference between them and what is stock on a 2010 1LT RS?

Thanks

Nope, same stuff.. All the 2010-2015 side skirts will interchange, even the Z28 skirts.. I have the ZL1 skirts on my SS.. In 2016, the body style and specs all changed, so nothing for a 2016 up will fit on our gen 5's...Also the rear spoilers and front splitters for 2014-2015 will not work on 2010-2013 as the trunk and front bumper cover changed, AND any front splitter for a V8 Camaro 2010-2013 will NOT work on a 2010-2013 V6 Camaro, the front bumper cover is different there too..

Not what he was asking. (I believe)
I believe he was asking if there are any styling differences. Not fitment.

I could be wrong, and I apologize if I am....

Maybe you should try getting the ZL1 side skirts. I did for my 2013 SS and it made the car look lower, I guess the skirts are bigger and gives the illusion the car is lowered. Just my opinion though.

SS Side Skirts

Thanks for the responses.

Found a deal on "SS" side skirts, but are they any different than stock 1LT RS.

I know they will fit.

They are the exact same... The ZL1 skirts instead of just wrapping around under the car, come more straight down and towards the rear come out and down just a bit more, giving that "lowered aggressive" look..First one is the SS, second one is the ZL1.

Thank you sir, I try to always give good info on here for everyone. The front splitter is a replica of the Z28 splitter, and it is made for the 2010-2013 SS models only, won't fit the V6 model front bumper, unless they have switched to an SS bumper cover. The ZL1 side skirts and the splitter I got from RPI designs, but beware, they are pretty slow now getting things done. The front splitter I had hydro dipped in the CF look, and took about 13 weeks to get, but that was back in 2020 in the middle of COVID.. But I have to say, both the splitter and rockers came out great, no issues at all..

The ZL1 and GFX skirts are my 2 favorites. They achieve the same lowered look in slightly different ways. I’ve got the full factory GFX.

Very nice. Yea I love the OEM GFX body kit as well, but couldn't get them anymore, or I would have went that route, but I think I achieved a very awesome look on my own, especially with the rear lower quarter flares. No one else around has anything like it!!

You absolutely went the right direction on yours. My car has attitude but not near the level yours does!
