Blue power antenna wire?
Haven't done a stereo install in like forever (25 yrs plus?) and am reading/watching all the wiring is standardized to colors. My install went smooth, barely any instructions in english tho, but the antenna signal in my Suburban is weak and i'm thinking on my way to work this morning about the blue wire thats marked "power antenna." is that a booster for signal or actually something to do with a telescoping antenna?

It is to power the antenna booster (signal amp).
Has nothing to do with a telescoping antenna. Hope this helps. |
