Vacuum Pop Off - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey Guys,
I just bought this 94 Camaro Convertible for my son's first car ( couldn't get him the 69 like I had for my first, they've gone up a little in price). Yesterday we were installing a new radio and with the doors open we killed the battery. When I went to jump it off something on top of the motor popped really loud. Looking at it now it appears that a vacuum hose and something else may have blown off. If you start the car without covering the main tube the engine will race, if you put your finger over it it will idle the way it supposed to. I attached a pic with the three loose connections in red.... Looks like maybe a T blew off. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Easiest answer:

Look around, it didn't just disappear. Once you find it, you can either put it back on, more likely, though, you'll have something to bring to a shop so they can tell you what it is, and get a new one

I have a 95. I can take a picture of it for you later and show you what it is supposed to look like? Or am I thinking other then what you want?
