santa pod/ curb smack = shite day
Went to the pod this past weekend and ran the camaro. First run with the supercharger was a 12.3 @ 118mph 2.4 60ft spinning my ass off with 21in rims. I was happy thinking I would definitely break into the 11s for the day, but they wouldn't let me run any more because I didnt have a helmet. Then on way home I smacked a curb and killed both OS tires..all in all shit day

My lighting MODs have died.
Still not put my side skirts back on. Under car lighting still in a boz after 2 years. BaseBin still in kit form. LED Spotlight bulbs in a box. New engine cover ... somewhere. Suspension creak. Diff oil awaiting changing. Need to clear coat some parts again. Still don't understand most USB Radio controls or phone voice control. Can't use auto column paddles #mindmelt. Back to 17mpg V6 now it's colder WTF! Stripes scratched by stones. Constantly hassled by boy racers. I feel your angst scities :-) |

Yet I walked out of Asda this afternoon to find two young girls parked next to mine waiting for me. As I approached one needed to tell me that my car was "gorgeous" and could she look inside. Of course I obliged. She then wished to sit inside and have her photo taken. Again I obliged. She then asked if she could here it..... You guessed it, I obliged. The result.... Pretty sure she needed a change of underwear, as did the three young lads who turned up just as I revved it lol. It's not all bad chaps, you gotta take the rough with the smooth. Hope you get things sorted scites! And red, stop spending more money til you've got your other parts fitted! :-)

Had the same thing 2 weeknds back - went to Shropshire to see my bro' for a weekend. Stopped to admire the view and was over-run by Duke of Edinburgh award young ladies with teacher in tow. I felt like a rock star but wife said I looked a kn0b. You can all judge;

Yellow 1, maybe give them a couple of years just to make sure.... :-)
Scites, I'm sure we went over 110mph the last time we were there and they didn't ask for helmets. I'll definitely be taking mine next time if they're getting moody about it. Let me know next time you go over there, I might join you. |
