Yellow LED Fogs

Installed my Yellow LED fogs today at work. A friend took the picture so sorry it is not the best.

Looks good. Have you had a chance to see how they perform in actual fog? Growing up, my family always had German cars and they all had yellow fog lights. I always thought there was science behind it. By the time I started driving, most fog lights I noticed matched the headlights with the exception of tuners here and there. I've been holding off on doing anything with my fog lights, as I was thinking about swapping them to match my 5000k HID's, but haven't heard much good about aftermarket bulb longevity. I've also considered yellow, but didn't know if there was a functional advantage to the color.

Coming from the offroad background, white always reflects off dust and fog, yellow will actually cut through and be able to see. Yellow is always better for effectiveness in fog.

OP, can you post a link to these? I've been wanting yellow bright LED fog light bulbs for a while now.

I do not know how they will look or perform in fog as I literally only installed them like 3 hours ago. I mainly wanted them because I saw a yellow Camaro with them and thought they looked cool, lol. I read some of the reviews on them and out of around 30 or so only 3 said they had problems with them however those reviews where a couple years old. Time will tell.

I love the look. I've had yellow film over my DRL's for a while now. Could never find a decent bulb for the 10-13 RS DRL's.
