I'm sure you could figure something out I just installed the windshield washer bottle relocation kit and the cold air scoop. the scoop lined right up with the duct I did have to modified the scoop alittle but it came out really good

I wondered about the scoop in the way or not. Had the grill/ducts on my RS. Thinking about doing it on the SS, looks good!

They are kinda a half duct as far as the walls are concerned. They are short in depth on top area as they butt up to the big cross beam, then the wall are longer on the bottom and lower sides as they go back below the beam. After that you have the plastic splash guard as a back wall. Can cut that area if you like so air(water to) will go to the breaks. I did on the v6 mainly to get more air right to the injen intake that was right behind the duct

yeah, im looking at them. Id like to get better cooling to my breaks. I am upgrading my breaks soon, so hopefully the fade will lessen or stop would be great. With the stock V6 breaks it seems anytime you hit the breaks at around 120 you need like 5-6 minutes before you can hit them again. NOT OK, but then again that not what they are there for lol.

If you are tracking it then you probably need to upgrade the pads. All moot if you are upgrading the whole setup.

I have a set here painted and ready to go, but I just can't bring myself to cutting the lower duct and any of the pieces behind that (I have heard you may have to trim the crush bumper behind the facia). It's been driving me nuts, because I have my new ZLI grill to put on too, but don't want to remove the front facia twice, so until I decide what I am doing with the ducts, the grill sits here waiting to go on as well.

Oh...the frustration!!!
