As the title says I've put in my order for my SWM 2SS

been back and forth with my dealer since late January trying to decide what I want and how I could save money, My auto 2LT just wasn't doing it for me anymore.

Dealer is going to order and install ACS T3 bumper on as well

How long will it take for the car to arrive????

I'm actually doing the same thing right now. I think I'm going to wait about a year so I won't be upside down on my trade in and go for the 2SS RS.

Wow I did the same thing after having my 2lt/rs for 11 months. You will not be disappointed! I'm even getting around 19mpg with my 1SS...when I can keep off the gas (which is hard when you have 426 horses strapped to your butt!). Congratulations!! Post some pics!

yeah i suffered a pretty big hit on my trade in. paid like 44k and got 27.5k for it, after only 5 months of barely driving it. I thought of waiting for the ZL1 or just to see how the future goes before jumping in on this. But with people talking about the 2012 model interior changes that could happen and me really not needing anything more then what is available now I figured I would go for it

But really how long will it take to arrive? lmao

Becky advised me about 4-6 weeks for the coupe production right now. Mine will be ordered roughly around the 16th. So i would expect the car mid to late april

I took that as he paid 44k for the 2SS...since right after that he says he got 27.5k after having it for 5 months.

Cars are way more expensive in canada. My 2LT if you build it now on Gm's website comes out to about 40k taxes raise it to about 44.

thats really cool they are doing the T3 bumper for you. I would loved to have been able to do the same thing and rolled it into my month payment

Good choice OP! I am in the process of doing the same thing....

Did you go manual or automatic for your new SS ???
I personally am thinking of switching to a manual

Im going with the manual

had the auto but after looking at many videos and post of people with manual, it looks way more fun and seems to make the car come to life more. btw this will be my 1st manual so the first few weeks will be about learning to drive XD me and my brother might make a few videos of the car and me driving/failing :p
