The sound will not be the same if the pipes vary in length too much. Keep that in consideration.

Something else to mention here tying in to a discussion in first part of this thread . video is a custom muffler & exhaust built by jcg . looks like just 4 into 1 headers behind a high revving destroked ls7. Hand built muffler is a twin inlet/outlet case with 4 perforated tubes inside of a round absorbsion material. Sounds like 180 headers.
