A/C drips from front of engine

I've noticed that I have condensation from the a/c dripping from in front of the engine. I looked underneath the car and saw a metal a/c line that runs at the bottom front of the engine that is wrapped with insulation that has zip ties at the ends. The metal line then goes up the passenger side of the engine. I stuck my finger in the end of the insulation and there was moisture inside--a few drips of water came out. Has anyone else noticed drips from this area? A/C seems to work fine, for now. Only has happened after running the air conditioning.

That would be the suction line that returns from the evaporator to the compressor. It runs pretty cold and when warmer air hit the colder surface any moisture in that air will condense on it causing water drops. Ever have a cold drink sitting on a counter on a warm humid day. What's it do? Sweats.

That's fine. Yes, I understand what causes the condensation, but in 30 years of owing cars, I've never had one drip from the front of the car. I don't think there's an actual drain hole up front, so I was concerned that possibly the a/c line might be loose or cracked, causing drips from a place that wasn't meant to drip.
