Rounding the top outside corners. Don't see many more different options than those.

I was thinking #1, but now I'm leaning more towards #3.

I would either return it or sell it and get one that was designed for dual tips. You are never going to cut it and truly get the look you want, it will look "cut". Either that or get 4" single tips. JMHO

Believe me, I've searched far and wide, on Camaro5 and elsewhere, for the right one built for quads. I've got only two conditions;

1. Must fit quads. Not getting rid of the quads. Love em too much.
2. Must fit with my 3dCarbon rear slats. Same as the quads.

The ZL1 version will not fit with the slats on. So that one is not an option. What else is out there? Well there's the 1LE, ZL1, Callaway... what else? Options are very very slim. You either get one you like and modify it, you stick with what's available, or you have one custom built for lots more $$'s.. Some have modified the Havoc. Turned out decent.

Every plastic piece of junk ever built was at one point cut. Its the finish the counts. Going to give it a shot.

I would go with #3. Then if you don't like how it looks you could cut it to #1 like the NPP diffuser. Not sure how structurally sound it will be with #1 though, based on what FlyingBanana was saying.

It continues to be work in progress. I've got one side 3/4 cut right now. Looks good so far, but it is thicker and harder than I thought. With work, I haven't had much time to jump back on this...

Gotcha! Excited to see how it turns out. I too have quad tipped exhaust and would like a more aggressive looking diffuser

I'm interested in how it comes out too. Of all the exterior mods, this diffuser gets the most attention on my car.
