Just a note to Me and those who follow ...

Remove the front two lower screws on the lower sill
Remove the 3 rear screws near the bumper panel
Remove the two press studs above the axle
Remove the top upper centre holder thing ... this unscrews BUT you have to gently pull at the same time ... not easy!... use a screw driver to get under the edges, wash with lubricant to release it a bit so it can unscrew more easily :-)

The trick then is to bend the rear facing side as it tends to trap itself and kink just where the real bumper fixing screws meet the car body panel :(
