I'd been hesitant to bother since my dealer has been more or less on target, but with everyone else that is close to my schedule having a TPW of next week or thereabouts I was wanting to get a better idea of how hard to try to sell my car.

Long story short, looking to see if I have a TPW or a newer status than 3400.

how is it that everyone has a preliminary order and then a GM Accepted order within a few days from that?

Couldn't really say. I think in my case it's because it was at a satellite dealership from the main dealer. I had to press to get them to get it put in at the main office. Otherwise I'd probably still be in their "Out" box.

hmm good to know. i just called my dealer for some information and he took my name and told me he'd call me back. i'm not holding my breathe because chances are people on this forum can find out more than he can. haha i'd like for GM to accept my order soon. It's been since 26Jun since i ordered it.

Oops, accepted. Sorry, I think that has to do with the dealer allocations. If they have none, it will be quite a while before the order is accepted. But, I could be wrong.

If your dealer has no allocation, you will stay at 1100 until he does. Your order was placed at the dealer and given an order # (which you have) and you are at 1100. If your dealer doesn't get another allocation for 3 months, you will stay at 1100 for 3 months. If he has allocation, you will move to 3000 within a week or so of placing the order.
