If what Fobodfather states is the reasoning for the very large and obtrusive gap, I will not get near those as they take away from the cars overall appearance as you focus on the gap.. I for one would rather have the stripes look good for a couple of years than look bad for five.. That's just my opinion..

IOM on IOM with CGM Rally's...PICS!
Just thought you guys would enjoy a few more pics of this awesome color...
After years and years of waiting, I finally got to ride in an SS! Suspension feel like I thought it would. Firm enough to feel sporty, but not to the point where it feels like a Porsche or something where you feel every little bump in the road. It sounds great, looks great, and feels great. This car is a home run in every aspect. Unfortunately, I can't invite anyone to see it as GM said we need to keep it hidden until the car show this Saturday and Sunday at which point it needs to go straight there and straight back as quick as possible ( I was thinking, no problem  . They actually had us lock it in a paint booth behind our service department so nobody could see it.Here's your pics...

I was pretty sure I knew the answer to this at one time, but after some misinformation on here, I have to ask.
If you get IOM exterior with black interior, I know it will just have the normal blue ambient lighting...which I want. What about the door panel inserts? Will they be whatever comes with black leather, or will they be orange? Because orange panels + blue ambient lighting = poo

Ok,
those who have seen the IOM camaro in real life, can you please link the pictures that most accurately depict what IOM looks like? Yes I've seen the color on a solstice, but I'm having a hard time picturing it on a camaro for some reason. I see these pictures and think its looks excellent, but was a bit underwhelmed with the solstice...I'm hoping its because of the car and not the color. Not that the solstice is a bad car, I think it looks great in black...but you know certain colors look better on certain vehicles... Help!
