The MSD is what you want in this case. It has a multi angle head that you can bend away from that header primary. It is a premium wire at a better price and we offer it with different levels of heat protection.
This is a very common issue and why we offer a free set of MSD to anyone buying headers from us.

well...if you order the 28-1545HT wires from GMS, you get the straight flexible boots with the 1400^ sleeves nothing could be worse than a TBSS and lots of guys run our wires HT in those apps

We offer the same thing for less money

The sleeving is good to 1400 radiant the black cool sock is good to 1400 contact, the salmon colored boot is good to 700 radiant and the grey boot 400 radiant...

You can't beat perfect - 0 ohms baby!!!

See you all at SEMA - we start in the AM

We both know there is no difference between a 0 ohm wire and a 40 ohm wire or even a 100 or 300 ohm wire at 8" long. I have not seen any real proof yet to show otherwise.

Ok I'll rephrase there is no performance difference at all in an 8" long wire with 0 ohm 40 ohm 200 ohm or 300 ohms resistance. ( gm hotwires are 300-400 I believe and are considered and upgrade because they are red) Wires degrade for a few reasons. Replacing degraded wires will result in improved performance. Or in the case of Tom's car plugging them in all the way. I'm not going to argue about it, its been debated to death on Corvette forum ... with the guys who are electrical engineers and master techs... Ask Bill Curlee what he thinks about it......LOL
Hi heat protection, custom lengths, superior construction is what we preach when we sell our wires.
I'll drop form this thread now so we dont debate the issue anymore.. you can add what you want

Shouldn't be any issues with the boots lightly contacting the headers. I put 40k miles on my 2002 T/A with the boots contacting my Pacesetter headers with zero problems.

As far as plug wire continuity is concerned: less resistance in the wire means less voltage drop, which means more energy available at the plug. Enough of a difference to show a power gain over another aftermarket wire, or even the stock ones? I wouldn't think so, but that's just the opinion of an electrical engineer without dyno testing to back it up, so take that with a grain of salt I guess.

Also, keep in mind that the stock wires are resistive to minimize radiated RF that could potentially interfere with radio reception or other on-board electronics. It's not difficult to build a low-resistance wire- that resistance is engineered to be there. Which isn't to say that a low impedance wire will necessarily result in RF interference issues- it's just and explanation of why the stock wires are so resistive.

Cool.

Can you elaborate on the suppression system?
