Im Stationed at McChord AFB looking to get alot of parts put on my camaro, like tvs 2300,dual fuel pump, cam and heads. Looking for a good shop to take it to. Any Suggestions?

one of three places that I would suggest, one is in tacoma called Turbo tech. the other one is Speed secrets owned by Ellis Groo really kewl guy.

then there is TJ Wongs. hes in portland area & works on corvettes & such. great tunners all around.

if you are stationed on mcChord, where you work at? Flight line? my husband works fligh line.

Carb Conn in Kirkland receives a thumbs up from me. They did my header install and dyno'd my car. I had a previous problem with the alignment of my exhaust tips. They sent it out to an exhaust place to get it done right. After that I had a little rattle that came and went over a couple of months. I swung by yesterday and asked when they could look at it. He put it up on the ramp right then and there, and within 10 minutes we had it solved. They were obviously busy and he easily could have asked me to come back another time. A1 service. When I had my headers done they were doing a Maggie install on a Black 5th Gen Camaro. They do some really nice work.
I have also heard great stuff about TJ Wong, but have no personal experience.
Being at McChord you might also check out NorPac Performance down in Onalska. They are a Pedders dealer and do amazing work with forced induction as well. They have an amazing shop 06 GTO.

the corvette guys on the corvette foums can not say anything bad about TJ.

I have known him for years & hes a great guy, when I have the money he will be doing my husbands corvette as well. hands down.

yeppers most likely hes a Engine Mech He also has done crew chief He has been driving his Blue c5 corvette vert the last couple months, but is now driving his red buick regal.

yea took my car I have a 87 Iroc, in for a computer chip burning, which would of cost me 1000, pulled my car out after the main barings went (not their fault) for 2k, & they were looking for a fight when we went to pick up the car.

called them after we got home to find out how much it would cost to finish the chip buring job & they quoted me for the two hours thats left 1000.

asked the guy what did they mean they only had a couple hours left with the car & he said they didnt even start wtih the chip burning on my car.

Yeah i got my headers and exhaust put on at blood, when i called them and told them all the work i needed done the answer was they needed to do some research and would get back to me. That was almost 2 weeks ago and no call. Im taking my baby to CarbCon they have done alot of work on the new maros.
