Left rear tail lamp, blower motor, replaced timing chains. All work was performed by myself, along with Google and youtube.

HOLY MACKEREL! Do you ever drive? Or do you drive it to the end of the driveway to check the mailbox and that's all you use it for?

Wow that's encouraging.

What was the mileage when you replaced the timing chain? Did it fail or did you change on your own?

I just rolled 60k and warranty expires the end of January. (paranoid)

Ha. Thats what I was thinking. Then I said, well if all it costs is more oil changes, some paint work every 5 years or so and some normal wear and tear work on my car. Then Ill gladly drive it year round.
