First of all! Decided not to go to the CF4! Instead thought me and the wife would do something different! So we went to Chattanooga Tn, to do some sight seeing and go to the aquarium!
Well when we went to leave Thursday morning we came out to this!

Hit and Run, no notes left or anything! Hotel had no cameras! Had to call the law and do an incident report!

Then we proceeded to go on the rest of our vacation! Went to Cherokee NC! Gonna so a little gambling! All was fine until Friday! We drove up town to walk around the shops! Around 12:30pm we went to get in the car to go back to the hotel to find this!

Luckily they had cameras at the visitors center that we parked beside. So maybe they will catch the idiots that tried to steal the car!
They did make off with the wife's pocket book that she had tucked under the front seat out of view!
Probably would/should have came to the Fest!!!!!

Sorry to see and hear about this. My wife and I were thinking about driving down to that area this fall for a little sight seeing. I might rent a car now.

So what did you do about the broken window while so far away from home? Was there any other damage from the attempted auto theft?

Rode home with no window! Only a 3 hour drive! And as far as other damage, the door is going to have to be replaced because they first tried to jimmy the door open, and bent the corner of the door at the window and dented it pretty good! The outer shell of the door is separated from the inside! Also scratched the inside door panel!
