Turning wheels all the way... Thud!

Hello!

I'm pretty sure this is what caused the noise:

I turned my wheel (I believe) all the way and it sounded like I ran something over the other day. Thud. It almost felt like I ran something over too.
I did the same today and heard the same noise.

Is this a problem? I hope not! I've only had it for 2 months!

I went to a parking lot and tried to recreate this to no avail. It's possible I did run something over though it happened in two different spots in the lot I was in.

Yeah, mine does it all the time. They way I have things arranged in the drive...its tricky backing out of the garage. If I crank it too quickly it'll thump bretty good.
