HID questions, need help.

I have a 2SS RS model with the DRL and 4300K low beam HIDs. I want to change out the stock HID 4300K to 6000K low beam and add in a Non-RS HID fog light kit also in 6000K. Here are my 2 questions-

1. What is the bulb Model number for the stock RS OEM HID Low Beams? I would like to change the stock 4300K HIDs out for 6000Ks. Is this just a bulb replacement to go to the 6000K?

2. If I change out the stock RS DRL housing to the Non-RS Fog light housing can I just run the 5202 HID kit as a plug and play kit? Will this plug right into the RS DRL harness or will I have to "splice in" a new plug for the 5202 kit? Any pics of the RS harness and what plug I would need for the 5202 kit?

Thanks!

I think the bulb is a D1S. Found the info here http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpo...7&postcount=20
Looks like it should just be a bulb swap.

Remember that there are limits to what bulbs are legal.

the fogs wiring should be the same as long as you get ones that are plug and play. some others do not slide into your factory wiring and recommend scotch locks. (do NOT use scotch locks!). if your going to be splicing at all be sure to use heat shrink.
