What piece Am I missing on back of engine for cover?
So I got an engine cover from a friend and put it on since my 2012 LS3 didn’t come with one. When I put it on the back clips aren’t attached to anything. Wondering what they are suppose to attach to that I’m missing. Pics included.

This is what that needs to clip onto. It mounts at the rear of the engine.

Assuming whoever had the car before you didn't run the cover and took that off since it's kinda ugly without a cover on. I took mine off also as I don't run a cover.

I took my cover off too and threw it in the trash 🗑

Throw it in the trash!! Tossed mine long ago. Keeps the heat in too much. Also that piece that is missing, if you purchase it to use the cover, just a heads up you will have th remove the 2 "rear most" intake manifold bolts to install it, and it is a pain because they are so long. Good luck.
