Replacing e brake handle

Hello fellow Camaro owners ! I replaced my broken e brake handle in my 2013 SS and I have a question about removing the heat shield under the car to hook the cables back to it . I looked under the car and the shield has some weird looking fasteners holding it on . What do I used to get them off without destroying them or do you need to and then buy new ones ? TIA !!!

They are just little nuts that will unscrew. They also have these which will do the same thing.
