Quick Emblem Help
Hey. Looking to take off the back emblem so I can paint it. I saw something about removing it with a heat gun (hair dryer) so the adhesive would soften up, but how do I put it back on?

remove all the old double sided tape, make sure to clean off all old tape residue, apply new 3m double sided tape to the emblem, apply emblem back onto the car.

Try using waxed dental floss in a back and forth motion also. I've used it and it works like a charm! Get some goof off, orange oil based as not to harm your paint too.I've had to take off my V-Flags and a few other emblems this way.
