Averaging 23+ mpg? How do you manage to only travel downhill?

Great mileage! I am getting horrible mileage through the break in trying to vary the speed on spots I would normally just set the cruise and go. The part that blows me away is that you got your car only one week before me, but have over double the miles! Do you ever park it? I know you are enjoying it......I am!

Yep. I got 29.5 - 31.5 before my cam install and retune so it dropped a little since then but at my current levels (see sig) I still get 29-30 tops on flat ground on CC @ 70-73MPH

Use the DIC mainly but once I did it from 3/4 tank to 1/4 tank (1/2 tank total....roughly) and it worked out to very close to what the DIC said as I reset it when I began my "test". I never fill my take completely so I've never gone from totally full to basically empty to done the math but I'm clearly getting 29+

It's my experience that computer controlled vehicles are inconsistent for some reason in regards to fuel economy. You would think computer control and all the tech these cars have there should be a smaller margin of error than there currently is.

Ha ha, what's even more impressive is this is with 4 people and a full trunk! It was a long trip primarily expressway so average speed was about 60 MPH.
When I drive it to work I get around 19 MPG with an average speed of 35. |
