Yeah you keep slumming around in that car you've got there. LOL

That car of yours would still have more capability than many Z/28 buyers will ever be able to use. But you just keep right on suffering there.

This was kind of fun.

You have to love a review that power slides a C7 on wet roads....................and calls it a good thing in the comparison to the R8.

Surprised at the braking distance difference between the C7 and Porsche though. Several car lengths.

I'm suprised at the braking difference as well. All other test I've read have the C7 doing better than the Porsche. I think the C7 sounds far better than the Jag. The Vette sounds refined the Jag sounds rough.

An updated 70 would be awesome but I don't see it happening. The halo Chevelle would more than likely be slower than the halo Camaro if they were to share engines. That is, unless the Chevelle got the Corvette engines without any detuning.
The Chevelle in my opinion is varied in its sedan design. I prefer the '66 design. However I don't think it has to go retro. Also it would compete against something already in the market. Would it be a Charger (in both a 2 and 4 door) or the BMW (3 and 4 series)? A 2 and 4 door would be smart (larger audience) and it seems to be the way some sedans are going, Lexus, Infiniti...

They drove it like they stole it

Now if we could get BIG brother to add more iron to the pavement the MAG ride would work even better.

In my opinion, since the Chevelle has been gone for a long time, it needs to come back retro styled. A modern Chevelle styled using the 68 to 70 cars would be awesome.

...anybody tired of winter yet....I am land locked by snow. I have the need for speed...haha...4 more weeks....the robins have been around all winter, unusual for here...and there are buds on some of the trees....arrrgh ... Last year I was driving during this time period. It was very mild. It's been tough for most of us no doubt. I feel for the South especially this year, record setting storms and cold temps.

Yes, I'm tired of it. The first ice storm we had down here a couple weeks ago iced over the roads around here pretty good. This one the roads stayed thawed but thousands of trees fell. I spent 4 hours on I-26 clearing trees wih a chainsaw until my firetruck almost ran out of fuel. Had to steal diesel from my other stations generator cause power was out everywhere. I haven't seen this many trees down since hurricane Hugo, though it was much worse. My power was only out for about 12 hours. Much respect to our linemen out there.
