what do i do.

yeah in 1st. damage to the camaro is minimal- the bumper is slliiiightly warped where the supports are to the left and right of the peak.. the jetta's bumper has a pretty solid concave bulge... speed was definitely slow, faster than a crawl though...

someone correct me here, but 1st gear + ebrake should be damn hard to move.

get it checked.

check out the car maybe at the dealer and let them know. That thing should move if only in gear, but the parking break?

Either that or your car was trying to mate with her car. American and German. Hmmm. One standard and one metric might not fit well.

When I had a manual car, I always put the car in a gear opposite of the hill direction.
For example, nose down the hill, put it in reverse. Nose up the hill, put it in first.
Did you check if the car was still in gear when it was resting against the Jetta?

Damn ....i guess the e-brake might have disengaged or something which is wierd...and by being in 1st gear ,,,just enhanced the roll out ....just my opinion
