Seen that time and time again. Stock tires or a normal tire spinning through 3rd gear. Running 120ish traps. Swap a good drag radial, and 135+ no issue.

My run was ok, my 60ft was good but the car bogged.

Assuming you are the car on the right with the decent 60', 118 mph is NOT indicative of "800ish rwhp". If you are the car on the left, the mph is better but the 60' is a disaster. Either way, you have some work to do. By the way, what kind of dyno reads in "ish" numbers? Seems you're being intentionally vague with your number. |

The 800ish is becuase I've added power since the last time it was on the dyno, i'm closer to 800 give or take a few.

Got it. I suggest doing what I mentioned and don't even bother going to the track over summer. Let the friday night test n tune crowd have at it. No point in beating on your car in hot weather for a crappy time.
Also, I wouldn't put 800ish rwhp in my signature if I only trapped 118. Trap speed > dyno number. Let your slip do the talking. Between now and then make sure your air fuel ratios are good, you have plenty of fuel pump and injector and octane. You should consider E85 is you havent already. Get some good drag radials ready, and come fall give it hell. |

Me personally would love to have a 11.1@any mph, I have seen to many cars at track run high mph and get beat, a lot more to drag racing than just hp,look at the other lanes car 129mph, but at 12.4 almost 12.5, so ya nice mph but still lost

Yes I do, but im just doing a mild build that's currently in progress (I'm trying to learn to tune with hp tuner), my end goal is I just need it to be faster than my 02 z28 I had, so I would be extremely happy with a 11.1 to a11.9 @ my altitude

I appreciate your input on my sig, but its only an approx number. I think I'll change it once I get exact numbers, should be middle of next week for actual numbers. Once its off the dyno, I'll have them.
