Huh. I actually liked the Camaro's seats more than the standard Mustang seats (both are a far cry from the Recaros you can get in the Boss and GT500, though, and you can apparently get them on 2013 GTs now, as well). I hate leather seats, anyway. Why can't I have Alcantara seats and a steering wheel made of the same?
As for rear end styling, that's all subjective...I personally find both cars lacking in that area (although the '13 Stang's refresh is a considerable improvement).

What are you driving a Camaro for then nut? Go out and get one of them Stangs. I don't think anyone says negative things about any car just to " make themselves feel better" it's just a fact in our minds and that's all that matters. We just want to share how we feel just like Mustang groupies want us to know that the Mustang is "king".

The only "racing pedal" my Camaro needs is an adjustable one for the gas pedal, considering how lethargic the response is and how long you must keep your foot on it in order to heel-toe downshift. It's kinda hard to reach my heel all the way over since I have small-ish (size 10) feet. If I could just bump it & have it blip like a responsive engine, it wouldn't even need that. Other than that, the pedals are fine.
EDIT: I remember the V6 I drove while waiting for my SS to get out of PDI had a responsive rev-happy engine, and you could just bump the pedal to rev match. Pretty neat motor I think. |
