Someone's getting fired for this.

I'm sure the black Suburbans are already rolling.

I sent them a letter suggesting this as an idea for a future show.

Doesn't hurt to ask!

Hey...not sure who you sent the letter to, but you may want to send it to the production company. I worked on a few episodes of this series (Corvette, Ferrari, Apache, M1) for National Geographic, but they are actually produced by Michael Hoff Productions in California.

When the episodes come in to NGC they cut them to time for air, put the packaging (graphics) on and that's it. Everything else is done by Michael Hoff Productions.

I'd love to see this episode as well! Of course it would depend on GM allowing them to film everything.

Well, that sounded like a good idea at first. I went to their web site and saw this when I clicked the "Contact Us" button:

"MHP relies on the creativity of its staff and executives to develop its new programming. It is the express policy of MHP not to accept unsolicited program ideas from outside parties."

bummer

Has nothing to do with the cat being out of the bag, they aren't allowed to photo graph inside the plant. This is what we were told by a few people inside.

I believe it has to do with corporate espionage kinda stuff.
