Can you fix your pictures? That sounds great!

The pics aren't showing up. But do you think it would be possible to replace the camera with a better one?

Pictures should be fixed. Sorry about that.

I don't see how you'd be able to replace the camera. Not sure how the whole systems ties together. Would be amazing to be able to retrofit a Gopro in place of the PDR setup, but to keep all the OBD integration and telemetry.

And since it closer to the exhaust, get to hear NLS more and the pops. Unless Chevy releases some sort of firmware update to improve video quality, I'm not sure what else there is to do. I have thought about going the GoPro/Track Addict (with OBDII reader)/Race Render route. That would get you close for telemetry (but still missing a lot of data), but would get you 1080p or 4K video at 60fps with unlimited options for external microphone placements.

I've thought about running a gopro as well with an external mic and then just adding the audio channel into the PDR video.. but since I post maybe 5% of the track video I take I'll probably just be lazy and not bother.

Just use a lapel mic into your cell phone with a recording app then sync the audio with a basic 3 count. Line that up on your edit, mute your video audio and there you have it, better audio for not much money.
