That is "Highway Robbery"! Changing pads is really not that difficult of a task. From O'Reilly's I recently purchased front and rear pads for a friends 2014. Got the best Wagner front pads and the Wagner rear ceramic pads (came with pin kit), cost for front was $71.09 and rear was $57.69. For a dealership with lifts this job should not be more than 2 hours. Remember most dealerships also have at a minimum of 100% markup on the OEM parts. Dealership I use for parts charges me 30% over cost, sound terrible but it's one heck of a savings.

Are you replacing the rotors or having them cut? At 31k freeway miles my rotors are worn enough to justify being replaced when my pads are finished (still around 60%).
