Heck if I could afford both, I'd get at GT500 or an M3 as well, maybe once the SS is paid for. I tell ya, for me it's not one is better than the other BS. Yeah, there's always gonna be one sided peeps out there in all camps be it domestic, or imports. Their blindness is quite amusing and sad at the same time. They're cars, no they're muscle cars! plain and simple, enjoy them for what they are and the enjoyment they give back.

Competition is a good thing, it makes everybody better, push harder etc, and can still be respectful and not put someone down because for their choice of vehicle etc. Ok, off my soapbox

I just recently did the opposite. Went from a 2009 gt500 to a 2010 SS. After 3 mustangs I wanted something different.

I like the car, and as long as you didn't take a bath on your Camaro or pay to much for the 500 you did well. My next door neighbor has a 2009 GT500 that is mint has only 2200 miles on it, many upgrades and he is asking 40k, somebody is going to get a sweet car. If the rumors of a return of the SVT Cobra in 2013 come true I might once again be driving the blue oval myself.

took a hit, but not bad. when i consider the money i would have dropped into the camaro to get it to equal power, i almost break even. hadnt heard about the return of the terminator - have to check hat out. those cars are raw power.

Hey Maxpower5, sorry to hear you parted with the camaro but wow your new Shelby is beautiful man it really is. When I went with my father to pick up his 2010 mustang convertible I saw 2 Shelbys on the lot and thought they were gorgeous, I could not get enough! Your color combo is great, hope you enjoy it man and good luck with it too!

Good lookin' stang! The shelby's are beautiful! I'm not so much a ford girl but they are nice. I use to own 2 '69 mustangs. A fastback and a convertable but sold them. When looking at buying my camaro, I was debating between the mustang dub edition and challenger. The camaro's interior lacked, IMO. It's quite boring compared to the others. Guess that's why I have all new carbon fiber interior on it's way

Good color combo, I have the same on my camaro

love those fastbacks! no matter what it is (camaro, mustang, challenger, charger, etc), if it is a muscle car, i always find myself doing a double take to get a better look.

really like the color on your camaro - easy to keep clean
